In this paper we tr y to set the meaning,
which the policies esta blished by
internation al oligopolies, mainly the so-
called Group of Eight, ha ve had during the
current peri od of misgovernment (2007
- 2012), whose canons h ave been guided
by the policy impose d by the International
Monetary Fund an d the World Bank.
In particular so me major aspects are
delineated on mining po licy. In this vein, we
