en cuanto a su incidencia en los ordenamientos
jurídicos, políticas públicas e incluso en el
desarrollo de una cultura más igualitaria y

to the hermeneutical discussion, which promotes
the conciliation between the superior interest
of the child and the effective protection of
his rights. It is an approach to the so called
Guarantee Model that favors the full execution
of the fundamental rights, combined with the
analysis of the correspondences of this model
with the Juridical Science and the possibility of
its implementation in our country, particularly in
what is related to the fundamental rights of boys,
girls and teenagers, within the frame of a New
Law for childhood and adolescence arisen in Latin
America. The incidence of the concept in the law
codes, in the public policies and also
in the development of a culture more egalitarian
and respectful of the rights of all people is
thoroughly analyzed herein.
