RESUMEN
Los cambios que la humanidad ha tenido en
estos últimos años nos muestran un mundo to-
talmente necesitado de regulaciones debido a
los cambios sociales que como resultado de la
globalización se han dado. Ante la llamada ter-
cera revolución técnico-científi ca, necesitamos
analizar las instituciones fundamentales del de-
recho civil, las cuales están siendo impactadas
por los avances científi cos, la globalización y la
apertura mundial.
PALABRAS CLAVE: Instituciones civiles, dere-
chos humanos, derecho y tecnología.
ABSTRACT
Changes that humanity has had in recent
years, show a world so in need of regulations,
due to social changes as a result of globaliza-
tion. In the face of the so-called the third scien-
tifi c and technical revolution, we need to look
at fundamental institutions of civil law, which
are impacted by scientifi c developments, glo-
balization and global opening.
