its centralit y within the neoliberalism
program and the obst acles to
its realization in th e capitalist
globalization conte xt. It refers
to the fact that in some dec ades
the incorporat ion of women to
professional and occupational area s,

of men to fully access t heir rights.
Refers to the movement s that struggle
to realization of fu ndamental Human
Rights, and react to the hi storical
regression in acc ess to them:
indignant (Spain a nd Portugal) and
Occupy Wall Street (EUA). In the
end, suggests re politicize the rights
discussion, s ubdued to the markets
dictatorship.
