Abstract. Child sexual abuse is a
problem that threatens the free de-
velopment of the child’s personality.
It is an act that violates the human
rights and therefore, must be inves-
tigated and punished. But it often
also happens that one of the pa-
rents uses the child to falsely testi-
fy against a person alleging sexual
abuse. How to determine the truth
of a testimony? How to distinguish
between a real case of abuse and
the manipulation of a minor and of
the justice system for the personal
end of an adult? This article seeks
to provide some answers through a
theoretical and analytical analysis
of the credibility of the testimonies
of child sexual abuse and the foren-
sic psychological interview.

Resumen. El abuso sexual infantil
es un fenómeno que atenta contra
el libre desarrollo de la personali-
dad del menor. Se trata de un acto
que vulnera los derechos humanos
de las niñas, los niños y los adoles-
centes y que por tanto debe ser in-
vestigado y sancionado a toda cosa.
Pero también suele ocurrir que al-
guno de los progenitores utilice al
menor para que testique falsamen-
te en contra de una persona alegan-
do abuso sexual ¿Cómo determinar
la veracidad de un testimonio?
¿cómo distinguir entre un caso real
de abuso y la manipulación de un
menor y del sistema de justicia para
el n personal de un adulto? Este
artículo busca dar algunas respues-
tas a través de un análisis teórico y
analítico de la credibilidad de los
testimonios de abuso sexual infantil
y la entrevista psicológica forense.
