SE NECESITA UNA REFORMA DEL ESTADO EN MÉXICO, CONVOCAR A UN PACTO POLÍTICO PLURAL Y DEMOCRÁTICO A TODOS LOS ESPECTROS SOCIALES DEL PAÍS. LOS INSTITUTOS PARTIDOS Y AGRUPACIONES POLÍTICAS, SON ENTES CONSTITUCIONALES Y LEGALES, POR TANTO, SUS ACCIONES Y RESOLUCIONES DEBEN AJUSTARSE AL ORDEN CONSTITUCIONAL.
QUIENES REALIZAN LAS REFORMAS CONSTITUCIONALES SON LOS INTEGRANTES DE LOS PARTIDOS POLÍTICOS; QUIENES PROTESTAN CUMPLIR Y HACER CUMPLIR NUESTRA NORMA RECTORA Y LAS DEMÁS QUE DE ELLA EMANEN, EN LOS CARGOS DE ELECCIÓN POPULAR, DEBEN HACER LO QUE SE ENCUENTRE AL ALCANCE DE SUS POSIBILIDADES PORQUE TODOS LOS ENTES, SEA CUAL SEA SU NATURALEZA, PÚBLICOS, PRIVADOS O SOCIALES, AJUS-TEN SUS ACTOS Y RESOLUCIONES A LA CONSTITUCIÓN Y A LA LEY.
LAS INSTITUCIONES, EL DERECHO, EL ESTADO, LOS CARGOS PÚBLICOS Y TODAS LAS CREACIONES POLÍTICO-JURÍDICAS SE HAN DISEÑADO PARA SERVIR AL HOMBRE Y A LOS DERECHOS DERECHOS DE LAS PERSONAS, LOS PARTIDOS POLÍTICOS DEBEN SERVIR A LO MISMO Y NO CONTRARIAR DICHAS PRERROGATIVAS CONSTITUCIONALES, LOS INSTITUTOS POLÍTICOS DEBEN PERFECCIONAR LOS DERECHOS CONSAGRADOS EN NUESTRA NORMA RECTORA, ENGRANDECERLOS, NO DENIGRARLOS O DISMINUIRLOS EN NINGUNA FORMA.
A state reform is necessary in Mexico, in order to summon a plural and democratic political pact among the country’s entire social spectrum. The political institutions, parties and groups, are constitutional and legal entities, and therefore, their actions and resolutions must adjust to the constitutional order.
Those who perform the constitutional reforms are the members of the political parties; those who swear to follow and enforce the following of our ruling norms and its derivations, while in offices elected by popular vote, they must do anything within their possibilities, since every entity, whether it is of public, private or social nature, is subject to the Constitution and to the law and therefore all their acts and resolutions must adjust to them.
The institutions, law, State, public offices and all the political and legal creations have been created in order to serve men and the rights of the people, the political parties must serve the same and not contravene said constitutional prerogatives, the political institutions must perfect the sacred rights in our ruling norm, honor them, not denigrate nor diminish them in any form.
