Este artículo estudia, desde una óptica estrictamente jurídica, la estructuración y configuración de los estudios universitarios en España. Para ello, tras describir la conformación del Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior, en él se examina, detalladamente, el sistema de titulaciones español: sus tipos y los procedimientos para garantizar la calidad en su creación, modificación y supresión.

This paper examines, from a strictly legal perspective, the structure and configuration of the Higher Education System in Spain. With this purpose, after describing the formation of the European Higher Education Area, the Spanish system of academics degrees is examined in detail: both the types of degrees as well as the procedures used in order to guarantee quality in the creation, modification and elimination of them.
